1. Grant Committee: There are 5 grants we need to apply for ASAP. We know which ones they are, we just need someone to write the applications. You do not have to have grant writing experience to do it. All you need is to be a solid writer and have an eye for detail.

2. Community Awareness Committee: We need volunteers that will go out to community and educate people about who we are, what we do, and the services we provide. This may include going out to business owners, schools, churches, radio stations, news papers, and doing some Public Relations, Marking, and Advertising.

3. Volunteer and Membership Committee: We need to organize volunteers to better utilize their talents to help with LRR as a whole. This would include keeping an accurate list of our members and volunteers as well as their contact information. It would also include setting up a process to welcome new volunteers as well as to matching them up to jobs and tasks we need done by first finding out what skills and interests they have.

4. Fund Raising Committee: We need volunteers that will help organize and plan 3-4 major fund raising events per year. We already have two in mind but we need both help with those and ideas for others.
